We hope you joined us for another not to miss hour on how to make the most of this seasons’ abundance! Did you know that your planetary data denotes which foods are meant to be a regular part of your diet for optimal vitality? More than likely, your favorite foods already are the ones you gravitate to eating.

Jean Claude presented some stellar star recipes from eggplant's babaganoush (perfect for Jupiter baby's: 3 karmic paths and Sagittarius souls) to a quick and easy tomato sauce, (delicious for any Mars influence through the 9 karmic path and Aries Sun Signs) along with unique ways to attain a fantastic flavor in your kitchen, as we explored a most fun way of looking at the kinds of foods that make our spirits sing! Here is one of Jean Claude's favorites when cooking "retrograding vegetables."

ENDIVED BRAISED "MERCURY PASSION"

Cut your endives in half, pass them in hot drawn butter place them in a braising pan for oven add chicken stock and water, half way up the vegetables cook in 425 degrees oven for until you can test with a cake taster then remove from pan, shape them like a small deck of cards back in the oven to be glaze little at the time with the cooking liquid if you run out of stock during cooking add more water or wine know the endive are fully braised and glazed like I called it "Mercury Passion" ENJOY with roasted pork or quiche Alsacienne.

Celebrating A Year in the Life and NEW CD
"Music In Me"

We hope you joined us for a truly wonderful treat as we took up a year later with the stellar vocal talents of local Berkshire/Columbia County and beyond artist Christina Dellea. Christina also is leading the CAT mission to help others get their music out there to be heard in our area. We were thrilled to have her LIVE in the studios with us! Along with catching up with her stars, the rumors turned out to be true: that there was plenty of evidence of how the music is indeed within Christina!

More about Christina:
Christina was born and raised in Tarrytown, a suburb of New York City. Coming from a musical family, and never being shy, it wasn’t any surprise to hear her passionately sing at the age of four. She also played the saxophone at an early age, eventually making all county/all state levels. Singing was still the focus so she decided to add hand percussion to her act. After graduation, she began doing studio work, which brought her to Los Angeles for several years.

About CAT:

YAHOO! We seem to be back on track with being able to have the recordings to podcast!

ENJOY CHRISTINA... straight from the HEART! ;-)
